Please be aware that an systems upgrade is scheduled for your WorkerLink Online Account Access between 16 March 2021 and 22 March 2021.
During this time online account access, balances and online claims will be unavailable.
We are still here to help.
Claims and account queries can still be made during this time by contacting our Customer Service Team Mon-Fri on 1300 346 033 or by email request: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once this upgrade is completed, the final transfer and setup of your PPTEF Account finalised.
Please Note: You will be issued with a new Member Number and provided a new link to login and reactivate your account. We will be in touch after 22 March 2021 with these details and information on how to access your account.
