How do you receive your PPTEF Member Distribution?
Distributions are paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and will require eligible members to have their payment details up to date in WorkerLink so it is important to check these and make sure they're up to date. Here's how;
STEP #1 Login to your WorkerLink account
STEP #2 – Go to the ‘Annual Distributions’ page on the left-hand menu. Here you will see your eligibility for a member distribution and the amount.
STEP #3 – Click ‘Begin’. You'll be prompted to provide or confirm your bank details. Enter your Tax File Number (TFN) and click ‘Next’.
STEP #4 – Identity Verification. You will be taken through an ID check using Green ID. Please have a valid ID (Australian Passport, Driver's licence, or Medicare card) ready. Click ‘Save'.
STEP #5 - The PPTEF will process your Member Distribution, and you will receive a confirmation notification when the funds have been paid to your bank account.

Am I getting a distribution?
Eligible members will receive notification via email.
You will be an eligible member if: You have a positive balance at the end of the period and your distribution amount is greater than the minimum.
How do I receive my distribution?

- Log in to WorkerLink
- Go to the ‘Annual Distributions’ page on the left-hand menu.
- Click ‘Begin’. Provide or confirm your bank details and enter your Tax File Number (TFN). Click ‘Next’.
- Verify your identity using your Australia Passport, Driver’s Licence or Medicare Card and click ‘Save’.
The PPTEF will process your Member Distribution, and you will receive a confirmation notification when the funds have been paid to your bank account.
When will I get my money?
You will need to complete the above steps to claim your funds. After you have completed the above steps, The payment will be processed within 48 business hours. Please note the time it takes to appear in your account will depend upon your bank.
How much money will I get?
Your distribution is calculated based on your average balance from 1 October 2023 until 30 September 2024.
To see the amount, log into your Workerlink account and click “Annual Distributions”.
Why can’t I see my distribution?
Distributions will be released in early December. Eligible members will receive an email when distributions have been released.
You are only eligible for a distribution if you have a positive balance at the end of the distribution period and your payment is greater than the minimum claim amount.
