This is confirmation that our systems upgrade has now been completed.

As outlined previously, you have been issued with a new Member Number.

Please refer to emails send Monday 22 March 2021 to retrieve your Member Number. This email also includes steps on how to reactivate your online account and access the upgraded online portal. For security purposes, you will be prompted to reset your password.
